Last updated: 12 July 2026
Ignia Talent (“Ignia”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy and protects your personal data. This policy explains what we collect when you visit igniatalent.com or contact us, how we use it, and your rights, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where relevant, the EU GDPR. Ignia Talent is operated by Amer Consulting, which is the data controller. You can contact us at hello@igniatalent.com, Zurich, Switzerland.
What we collect: when you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. When you visit the site, our provider Squarespace collects technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it: to respond to your enquiries, provide and improve our services, operate and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are your request, our legitimate interest in running the business, your consent where required (for example non-essential cookies), and compliance with law. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies: our site uses cookies to function, remember your preferences, and understand how it is used, including Squarespace analytics. Essential cookies are required for the site to work. You can control cookies through your browser and, where shown, our cookie banner.
Sharing and international transfers: we share data only with providers who help us run the business, in particular Squarespace, which may process data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where data goes abroad we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Retention: we keep your data only as long as needed for these purposes and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@igniatalent.com to exercise these. You may also complain to the Swiss FDPIC or, in the EU/EEA, your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page with the last-updated date shown above. Questions: hello@igniatalent.com.
